Gymnastics Classes
Our T&T gymnastics classes start at the preschool level with the youngest age for a structured class being 3yrs
We pride ourselves in our ability to offer T&T Gymnastic classes for all levels and ages. Beginner-Advanced.
For children under 3 we offer a parent assisted class called Mommy & Me. - This class will help you teach your young one the very basics of movement and form.

Additionally, we have a traveling competition team for those interested in competing.
Our head coach/owner has helped train many national champions, two former Olympians, served on regional board positions and has experience being a former elite level athlete.
Our competitive team is by tryout & invite only and your child must be registered and currently taking classes at Zia Elite.

Cheerleading Classes
Our cheerleading classes are taught using USASF standards and currently are broken into two groups Cheer Prep-Ages 5+ Basics, building, groundwork Cheer Team-Ages 5+ Building on Cheer Prep, with performance opportunities |

DROP IN PLAY

Zia Elite is happy to offer a fully functional drop in area for children and adults of all ages!
Drop in hours; Monday-Friday 4-7pm Saturdays 2-8pm Club Zia 7-10pm (children three and younger get one free parent band & children 1 and younger are free, schedule change possible due to summer, all ages welcome in drop in area, toddler area is only available on Saturday (Contact us to ensure available times) After school play✔️ Fun weekend activity✔️ Mid week play date✔️ Drop off kids so you can have spare time✔️✔️✔️ (children under the age of 5 require parental supervision) |
