CLASS OFFERINGS
Class descriptions:
Acrobatics: This class will cover various types of floor acrobatics. This will have a heavy focus on floor inversions such as handstands, headstands, elbow and chest stands. You will also learn the basics of rolls, cartwheels, walkovers, and jumps. Each class will also include a few partner acrobatic skills. This class is 1 hours and 15 minutes for ages 12 & up.
Kids Acrobatics: This class will cover various types of floor acrobatics. This will have a heavy focus on floor inversions such as handstands, headstands, elbow and chest stands. All level Aerial hoop and open gym: A combination of instructor-led class time and open time for free-flow. The perfect time to train your own material or things previously covered in class. This is a 2 hour class but students can come and go any time within the 2 hour block. For ages 12 & up.
Kids Aerial Hoop: You'll learn how to mount & dismount the hoop, transition in and out of poses, and invert with a variety of skills. Classes are 45 minutes for kids ages 6-14 and will cover beginner level movement individually tailored to each student.
Kids Circus: You'll learn how to mount & dismount the hoop, transition in and out of poses, and invert with a variety of skills. Classes will cover the level of movement individually tailored to each student. Learn how to maneuver a hula-hoop around your body & off-body tricks. Try and experience various other aerial and circus apparatus and props such as Hammock, Trapeze, Silk Fans, Ribbon, Juggling, etc. This class is 45 minutes for kids ages 6-12.
Young Kids Circus: You'll learn how to mount & dismount the hoop, transition in and out of poses, and invert with a variety of skills. Classes will cover the level of movement individually tailored to each student. Try and experience various other aerial and circus apparatus and props such as Hammock, Trapeze, Silk Fans, Ribbon, Hula Hoop, Juggling, etc. This class is 45 minutes for kids ages 4-7 Kids up to 9 years old are welcome to attend, however the class will have activities that are tailored to younger kids.
Beginner Aerial hoop: You'll learn how to mount & dismount the hoop, transition in and out of poses, and invert with a variety of skills. Classes are for beginning aerial students and will cover beginner level movement individually tailored to each student. Intermediate students are welcome to register and utilize as an open practice time with minimal instruction. This class is 1 hour for ages 12 & up. Intermediate Aerial hoop: This class is for intermediate level aerialists only and will be individually tailored to each student. You'll learn more advanced skills and transitions. Students must be able to easily mount and dismount the hoop and invert, must be comfortable with work on the top side and spanset, and dynamic movement. If you are unsure if this class is the appropriate level for you, please contact us. This class is for 1 hour, it is generally for ages 12 & up but younger students may qualify with instructor prior approval.

Strength & Conditioning: A low-impact class focused on building strength with a combination of isometric inspired exercises. This class is 1 hour for ages 12 & up. Currently not on the schedule but may be offered again soon:
Hula Hoop Flow: Learn how to maneuver a hula-hoop around your body & off-body tricks. As you advance we'll cover variations of those tricks and adding transitions to build your own flow. This class is 1 hour for ages 12 & up.
